QUIKSTARTX 2025: International Winter School
on Quantum Machine Learning


The QML Winter School is an exciting opportunity for students, leading researchers, and industry professionals to gather and explore the latest advancements, challenges, and applications in the field of quantum machine learning.
The school is structured in two parts:

1. February 17-18, 2025: Intensive courses on quantum computing and machine learning designed for master’s and PhD students.
2.February 19-21, 2025: Workshops and courses focused on quantum machine learning, featuring presentations from industry experts.

Participation is limited to 100 on-site attendees. To secure your spot, we require a non-refundable registration fee of €5. This fee helps ensure that slots are reserved for committed participants. It also provides access to on-site catering and the conference dinner at no additional cost.

    To complete your registration, please ensure you pay the non-refundable ticket fee of €5 within two weeks of your registration. Digital participation is free of charge, no ticket needs to be purchased for the stream. Please note that if you choose to pay later, we cannot guarantee ticket availability. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Be aware that some spam filters may block these emails. If you do not receive it, you can find the link to the ticket shop here. Your ticket will be linked to your registration using your name and email address.

    Please indicate your intention to participate in the conference dinner. Participation is only available to those who have paid the €5 non-refundable ticket fee. Please note that while dinner will be provided, drinks are not included and will need to be paid for separately.

    We are pleased to offer financial support for travel and accommodation costs to participants in the following categories: Bachelor, Master, PhD students, and Postdocs. We have allocated €500 for students from Germany (excluding Kaiserslautern) and €1000 for international students. Please note that this contribution is limited to 12 participants, with priority given to Bachelor, Master, and PhD students. To qualify for compensation, you will need to submit a poster along with a short abstract.
